Mr. Beau has sent out the following request:
This is a reminder that in just 6 days we will get to meet at a Combined Roundtable.

The Campfire program is coming along pretty well. But, I am asking for a few more volunteers, so if you know someone or a group of folks that would like to help, have them contact me at beau665@gmail.com

So far we have an MC. We have volunteers for 2 or 3 SKITS (Program will require 3 SKITS and 2 SONGS)

We have 3 of 7 Volunteers for a flag team (We are going to retire a flag using a method called 7 salutes. If you have a campaign hat and would like to participate in the color guard, please send me a note.)

We have a Key Note Scout Master.

We may have a Bugler, However if you know one that would volunteer please have them contact me.

All in all, we aim to produce a high energy and reverent Camp Fire experience.

PLEASE SPRED THE WORD SO WE CAN MAKE THIS ROUNTABLE A VERY MEMORABLE EVENT.
